Return & Refund Policy:

Damaged items: Should be reported to UPS immediately, as they are responsible for damage during shipment. After contacting UPS contact us and we will work with you and UPS to solve any problems.

RETURNS: For a return the item must be unused and you must contact us within 7 days of receipt of item and returned within 14 days for a full refund less our shipping and handling fees plus a $10 restocking fee. The customer is responsible for shipping cost on returns.

Defective. Defective items must be reported to us within 10 days of receipt. We will replace defective items if reported to us within 10 days. Importent: Wood products sometimes have a natural flaw in the wood which is not considerd a defect. If the item is defective we will replace and cover shipping cost and refund you for standard UPS ground charges.

Engraving Plates: Engraving plates are special order items and we are not liable or responsable for mis-spelled orders placed online by the customer.**Please proof read and look over your order before sending. If we make a type error we will replace the plate and engraving for free.
